Kuwait will be the host city in November 2015 where the participant members of the International User Group of the International Standard for maritime Pilot Organisations will convene for two days.

ISPO (International Standard for maritime Pilotage Organizations) is managed by the core International User Group (IUG) of ISPO. Objectives of the annual conference are:

• Further improving their standard through sharing experiences and knowledge.
• Encourage other pilotage organizations to upgrade their pilotage services and achieve ISPO Certification.
• To provide a platform to exhibitors, who have products related to pilotage activities.

More than 100 delegates at management level from various organizations are expected to attend the Conference & Exhibition.  Initiated in 2009, today the ISPO Community comprises of pilots in excess of 600, from 14 member ports, across the globe.
